One of my favorite sections is on clearance this week at Target! The One Spot Pink Dot items are all 50% off! These include all school items! (Scroll down to see what I picked up!)
The summer seasonal section is 50% off! This includes pool toys, inflatable pools and select swimwear (such as Speedo). I found dive sticks as low as $2.48!
Is your school supply section still there? Lots of items cleared out already, but most items were 30% except for composition notebooks and folders, which were 50% off.

So I raided the One Spot section. Lots of awesome children's workbooks for only $0.50 each! Plus stickers, travel activity packs (Batman and Avengers) and flash cards!
All of these items were only $8.90 total (-$0.10 for my reusable bags!)
