I recently received a FUN new toy!
All the characters from "The Adventures of Chuck & Friends" show have come to town! My son was thrilled to open his new Boomer the Fire Truck. He opened it so fast I couldn't even take a picture of the package! :) It took him no time at all to have that little fire truck zipping around the house.
As a bonus, we also received a DVD episode of "The Adventures of Chuck & Friends," featuring Boomer the Fire Truck.
My son LOVED that his little fire truck was in the cartoon! He was pointing at Boomer everytime he came on the screen. My son was so excited that HIS toy was right there on the TV :) The only criticism we found was that my son was desperately trying to raise the ladder and hose on his truck, just like Boomer did in the episode. He became frustrated that his little toy couldn't do the same actions as his cartoon friend.
These adorable die cast metal trucks come in a variety of bright metallic colors. The little happy faces give the trucks personality. The wheels were gliding easily across the floor (and tables, chairs, heads...). The small size makes these trucks perfect for on-the-go fun.
You can find the Tonka Chuck & Friends die cast collectibles in most major toy retailers nationwide, as well as HasbroToyShop.com. Each truck is sold separately, for an approximate retail price of $4.99. There are 7 characters out in stores now. In Fall of 2012, 14 more truck friends will be arriving in stores with an added TWIST TRAX feature.
These trucks are perfect for preschool kids! I know my little preschooler LOVES his!
*Disclosure ~ I received a free product in exchange for this review. While the product was free, the opinions are 100% my own!
