This time I was accepted for the Filippo Berio Olive Oil Campaign. Besides a bottle of extra virgin olive oil (which are darn expensive nowadays!), I received coupons to share, a jar gripper and lots of recipes!
I used my olive oil to prepare one of my favorite quickie sides, wilted spinach.
Take olive oil, fresh minced garlic and spinach and place in a pan. Cover and simmer (stirring occassionally) until the spinach is wilted. Delish!
I love that with Filippo Berio Olive Oil, you're providing healthy *fats* to your body, instead of loading up with butter and margarine.
