CVS Shop 1/29/12

Buy 3 Hallmark Cards, get $3 in ExtraCare Bucks (No coupon required!)
I bought (3) $0.99 cards = $0.03 overage :)
(limit 1 deal per customer/ExtraCare Card)

Dawn Hand Renewal $0.98 x 2
Used (2) $0.50 off Dawn Hand Renewal (P&G 1/1/12, expires 1/31/12)
=
$0.96 or $0.48 each

Total Cost $3.93, $3 in ECB = $0.93 for this shop!

*For new couponers, CVS is confusing!! If you do not have the ad or know it by heart, it will be very hard to shop here. They do not mark prices on the shelves to reflect the sales in the ad. For instance, the Dawn was marked at $1.27 on the shelf, even though the ad said $0.98. Know your deals before going into this store!

I'm a new CVS shopper. I never really dabbled in this store much, until I discovered that I can use my ExtraCare bucks on anything, including milk. If I plan the rest of my year out right, I might not have to buy any more milk for the year!!!! This is definitely a blessing and a HUGE saving opportunity for our family. Couponing 101 at it's finest! I plan on using my ECB next week to buy milk :)

  1. I got six cards that were 99 cemts each for 42 cents, which was the tax. Then I received $3.00 in ECB. I made $2.58 in the process.
